All teams will be guaranteed three games (most likely, two on Saturday and one on Sunday).
Teams must be ready to play as scheduled.
Games may start as early as 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday.
It may be necessary to schedule concurrent games in some of the larger gyms.
Awards will be limited to 10 per team.
The Hollywood Dodgers tournament committee reserves the right to accept, place, and withdraw teams as it sees appropriate.
Once accepted and fees are paid, fees are non-refundable.
Health safety considerations and other facility restrictions or other facility restrictions beyond our control may necessitate the cancellation of the tournament. Hollywood Dodgers, East West Optimist of Alhambra, and all affiliated organizations and their members assume no responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation except for fees paid directly to the Hollywood Dodgers.
What you need to know

Registration is completed through TeamSnap. This is a two-step process.
Step 1: All teams must enter their team and roster information and invite players to register.
Step 2: Parents of minor-aged players and adult players (18 years and above) must enter player roster information and electronically sign the tournament waiver and photo release.
Follow the steps outlined on the Registration Procedures below to register your team.
Each adult player or parent/guardian of each youth player listed in the Team Roster section of the registration form will receive a TeamSnap invitation via e-mail and must complete the player roster information (including player waiver and photo release) as instructed in the message.
All 12th-grade teams must submit the completed Conduct Form*.
All entry requirements must be completed before your team can be considered for an invitation.
*12th Grade Conduct Form must be received before tournament deadline in order for the team to be eligible for tournament invitation.
Tip: Team representatives should use TeamSnap to track the status of their applications and ensure all player invites are complete.

Tournament Entry Fee - $775
Do not submit payment at the time of registration. Payment information will be sent with your team’s official tournament acceptance and payment will be accepted at that time.
Team registration has been completed and submitted (must have received the Registration Confirmation).
All players on the tournament team roster have submitted their individual player registration/waivers (as evidenced by no Pending Player Invites); players not committed to participating should complete the individual player registration/waiver or should be deleted from the roster.
Once accepted and fees are paid, fees are non-refundable
All entry fees must be submitted using Zelle.
To receive credit for your payment, please include both the team name and team tracking number in the Zelle Notes.

The deadline for applying to this year’s tournament is April 15, 2026.
Submission of forms does not guarantee entrance into the tournament.
Space is limited, and divisions may be filled prior to the deadline.
Teams are encouraged to complete ALL required Entry Requirements as soon as possible.
TeamSnap should be used to monitor player registration; rosters will be locked upon verification against official league rosters.

Please note the following important points:
Once you complete the registration form and click on 'Add Team', you need to go to your shopping cart to 'Checkout'.
Do NOT click on the 'Register Another Team for This Event' even if you have another team to enter. Complete the pending order first and then go back to the registration form to register the next team.
Invitations will be emailed to players on the roster you entered once you click on the 'Register & Pay Later' button. Refer to the TeamSnap FAQs if any of your members do not receive their invitations.
If you are uncertain as to whether any players can participate, it is recommended to include them on the roster so they can decide to accept or decline the invitation to participate. You can delete any player from your roster if necessary.
Players who do not appear on your team's current league (CBO, CYC, JAO, NAU, or SEYO) roster must be approved by the Tournament Committee to participate.
Do NOT use the registration form to make changes to a previously registered team. Doing so will create a second entry with a new order number for the same team. ONLY SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION FORM ONCE PER TEAM.

Refer to the 'Player Roster Information’ document for detailed instructions on TeamSnap player registration.
Each invited adult player or a parent/guardian of each invited minor player must respond to the invitation sent by TeamSnap:
Those who are not able to participate should decline the invitation.
Participating players must have the player roster information completed.
Your team will not be considered for invitation until all participating players have submitted their player roster information and there are no pending 'Player invites' remaining.

Refer to the 'Team Management Using TeamSnap' document for instructions on using TeamSnap to manage your team.
Once you register your team, use TeamSnap to:
Check player status (accepted, declined, not yet responded)
Resend an invitation to a player
Send a link to the invitation for a particular player to a different email address
Invite other player(s)
Delete non-participating players
Check if your entry fee has been received
Do NOT use the 'Teams' link under My Account to make any updates to your team. All player updates MUST be made through the 'Roster' link in the Hollywood Dodgers Las Vegas Invitational listing under Upcoming Events.
Please note that the Hollywood Dodgers will be locking rosters as they are verified against official league rosters. Once locked, player additions and deletions must be requested using the HDLVI Roster Change Request Form.

Remember to include the Team ID (last 4 digits of your order number) on all correspondence and orders with the Hollywood Dodgers. You can always look that up by going to the 'Receipts' link in TeamSnap.

Zelle best practices
Zelle payments should be made as soon as the invitation is received. This will allow for pending payments or split payments to be processed prior to the deadline.
Avoid making payments on the weekend when banks may be closed and cannot assist with resolving Zelle payments.
Payments should be made by a single team representative and not by multiple people, whenever possible.
Make sure to include the team name and tracking number in the Zelle notes so payments can be attributed to the proper team.
Why isn’t my payment processing?
Your Zelle and/or daily bank limit might be set lower than the amount you are sending.
Call the support number on the ‘failed’ Zelle email
Update your daily bank limit
Make 2 payments instead of one (i.e., - $387 + $388 vs $775)
Why is the account HDLVI25@gmail not found?
Do not copy/paste the email address from the invitation. Type it in or use your phone camera to scan the QR code.
Will I get confirmation if my payment processes or doesn’t process?
Yes, typically Zelle or your bank will email you a confirmation.
Or you can check with your bank to see if it has been processed.
